Skills and Knowledge

Good command of English, Mandarin / Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken). Good time management Independent and willing to learn Good presentation and influencing skills Well versed in social media and Microsoft softwares (Powerpoint, Excel, Words) Familiar with basic image or video editing software is an added advantage Applicants must be able to work in Sungai Buloh, Selangor

Experience

At least posses tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline Minimum 2 years working experience

Core responsibilities

Strategic planning:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Market research:

Conduct research to identify customer needs, preferences, trends, and competitor activities.

Campaign management:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).

Content creation:

Produce and edit various marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media posts, and advertisements.

Performance analysis:

Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.

Budget management:

Oversee and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as sales, to ensure alignment and coordinate efforts.
Other duties may include:

Building and maintaining brand awareness Managing social media accounts Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners Negotiating advertising contracts, and Organizing and attending events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
