1.0 Job Summary To be responsible for all the marketing activities promoting and marketing company\xe2\x80\x99s products for both to private and government sectors. The main activity is to visit contractors, engineers, architect, owners, JKR and other related government agencies. To set up meeting and arrange forums for marketing purpose. 2.0 Job Responsibility -Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies. - Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered. - Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services. - Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits. - Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals. - Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance. - Any other related work assign by the superior from time to time. 3.0 Requirements - Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architectural, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, & People Management. - 2- 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in Marketing Executive. Experience dealing with JKR project is good advantages. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English with all levels of people. - Must be a team player who is a self-starter as well as result oriented - Strong leadership traits and innovative in nature.
