Role Description
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok & XHS to enahance brand awareness, generate leads, acquire customers and drive sales.
Create and manage paid social media comapaigns to drive high-quality traffic and generate sales leads.
Write and edit social media copy and creative assets for ads and organic content
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results
Collaborate closely with the sales and operation team to develop lead-generation campaigns that align with the sales strategy.
Organise internal events and roadshos, and participate exhibitions.
Establish strong relationship with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on key marketing initiatives.
Allocate and manage budgets effectively, optimizing for cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-impression (CPM)
Implement meta tags, keywords, and hashtags to enhance ad discoverability and alignment with trends.
Develop complling ad creatives with clear-to-action (CTA) to drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Utilize retargeting techniques to re-engage users and maximize conversions.
Prepare Sales Reports or statistical analysis.
Able to work on ad-hoc tasks which is marketing related.
Qualifications
Marketing and Communication skills
Social Media Marketing skills and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Web Content Writing skills
Web Analytics skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Experience in the financial or investment industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Creating compelling digital content including newsletters as well as email blasting
Managing SEO/SEM efforts
Handling paid advertising, and analyzing performance metrics to drive results and optimize campaigns for the entire group
Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, including new tools, platforms, and strategies to ensure the brand stays ahead of the competition
Attend to any ad-hoc assignments or projects as directed by the group
