1. Coordinating the Marketing team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.2. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.Job Requirements

• 1 years related working experience, preferably in Travel Agency, PR agency and media platforms
• Solid contact with media and social communities
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality, Public Relations or other related discipline
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Proactive, self-initiated, good interpersonal skills and flexible to work
• Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience will also be considered

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Responsible to send Contract Rate to Travel Agents, Corporate and Government sectors within 24 hours after inquiry received.
• Responsible for updating all documents filing.
• Complete and submit in a timely manner the Marketing Summary for the next 3 months to Head of Sales & Marketing align with Yearly Marketing Plan
• To send updated Summary revenue on daily basis to Head of Marketing
• Responsible to do checklist before event takes place as per Event Order
• To coordinate with operation department before event takes place.
• Establish and maintain file on all active accounts which she/he is responsible for
• Abide by the Marketing Policies and Procedures
• To prepare Event Order and breakdown based on the information.
• To send proposal on behalf of Head of Marketing and cc email to Head of Marketing and CEO (upon request)
• To assist at any time presenting the product tour
• Attend and comply all trainings & briefings required
• Comply with the number of hours at workstation
• Complete tasks assigned on time
• Carry out other tasks as directed by Head of Marketing
