Job Responsibilities
To liaise with country sales and marketing personnel on incentive and promotion planning and execution
To prepare and review incentive and promotion proposals
To obtain approval from management on incentive and promotion proposals
To coordinate with HQ support teams in executing countries incentive and promotion plan
To monitor sales performance of assigned portfolio
To monitor and analyse incentive and promotion execution and effectiveness of assigned portfolio
To ensure incentive and promotion related initiatives of assigned portfolio are being managed within the corporate guideline and budget.
To address all queries regarding incentive and promotion related operational matters of assigned portfolio
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Ability to converse and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage as candidate will be dealing with mandarin speaking stakeholders
Strong organizational and inter personal skills
Equipped with advanced Microsoft excel and Powerpoint skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
