• Language proficiency : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in food court management, demonstrating a strong understanding of food service operations.
• An added advantage for candidates who has experience in leasing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Must possess own transport with valid driving license D.
• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Klang Valley OR Johor Bahru.

Tanggungjawab

• To look for potential tenants to rent our food court stall in the selected malls (total 11 outlets).
• To plan strategies to promote Smart Legacy\'s food court tenant business and carry out the approved plan as when required.
• Work collaboratively with internal department (e.g. operations, account, HR, admin) and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
• Efficiently and effectively managing tenants\' request and enquiries.
• Share tenant\'s feedback with relevant department for further improvements.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement across multiple channels, including stores, e-commerce and etc.
• Prepare weekly marketing report for admin, HR and management reviews.
• Make recommendations based on competitive research.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards during execution.
