• Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass communication, Advertising & Marketing , Creative Multimedia Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as marketing executive or similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, software, MS Office and platforms, including social media management (fb, XHS, IG, Tiktok).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Mandarin speakers are preferred.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist Management in regularly define and identify most effective communication channels to promote existing products and services within the Company\'s brand

• Analyze market trends , competitive analyses, consumer behavior, brand awareness ,new communication techniques and digital platforms, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience
• Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings both b2b & b2c. Support creators in live stream, video making and overall direction in social media branding.
• Brand collaboration , maintain strong relationships with brands for marketing collaborations.
• Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Track and report on key performance metrics, such as foot traffic, sales conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
