Responsibilities

Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote company products or services. Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Conduct basic market research to support campaigns and understand customer needs. Prepare marketing materials, content, and support digital marketing activities. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing simple reports for management. Support promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities as directed.

Requirements

Male/Female, aged 20-25 years old. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital marketing tools. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under supervision. Creative, motivated, and willing to learn. Previous marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
