Marketing Intern (beauty Brands)
Job Description
Assist in Marketing activation include PR, on-ground activations, CRM, merchandising, events and monthly promotions. Support marketing campaign planning and execution. Design and distribute promotional materials, assist in Digital Marketing include social media management, copywriting for social media posting. Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels. Perform market analysis and research on competitors. Support marketing team in daily administrative tasks. Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions. Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field Applied understanding of basic marketing principles Familiarity with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products. Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges. Creative problem-solving skills and able to work independently. Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months of internship. Able to work in Bandar Utama.
