Job Description

As an intern in customer service/marketing at Appvolusi Sdn Bhd, focusing on their product Resitku, you would have a multifaceted role that combines customer service with marketing activities specific to their IT solutions. Here's a breakdown of what your job scope might entail:

Customer Support:

Providing technical assistance and customer support related to Resitku. This includes handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience using the product.

Communication Management:

Managing various communication channels such as email, live chat, WhatsApp and possibly phone support. You'll be responsible for responding promptly to customer queries and concerns, maintaining professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

Product Knowledge:

Developing a comprehensive understanding of Resitku's features, functionalities, and benefits. This knowledge will enable you to effectively educate customers and address their specific needs or challenges.

Content Creation:

Assisting in the creation of customer-facing content such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, user guides, and tutorial videos. This content should be clear, informative, and tailored to help users maximize their use of Resitku user.

Feedback Collection and Analysis:

Gathering customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions. Analyzing this feedback to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement. Your insights will be crucial for both customer service enhancements and informing marketing strategies.

Social Media Engagement:

Supporting social media management efforts by responding to customer inquiries or comments on platforms Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram where Appvolusi engages its audience. This may involve addressing technical queries or directing customers to appropriate support channels.

Campaign Support:

Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns that promote Resitku. This could include preparing campaign materials ,handing out flyers, coordinating with the marketing team on messaging, and monitoring customer responses or feedback generated by the campaign.

Data Management and Reporting:

Utilizing CRM tools or platforms to maintain customer records, track interactions, and generate reports on key metrics. These insights help evaluate customer satisfaction levels and inform strategic decisions.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Working closely with teams across customer service, marketing, and possibly product development. This collaborative effort ensures alignment in messaging, customer experience goals, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Learning and Development:

Actively seeking opportunities to learn about IT solutions, customer relationship management, and digital marketing strategies within the context of a technology company like Appvolusi.
Interning in customer service marketing at Appvolusi will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in leveraging customer insights to enhance product offerings and drive marketing initiatives.
