Job Description

1. Creative Content Support

Assist in generating creative ideas for brand content (themes, captions, video concepts) Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide fresh and innovative content directions Support in preparing simple storylines, references, and brief scripts for short-form videos

2. Social Media Execution

Assist in managing the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) Support in scheduling posts, writing basic captions, and conducting hashtag research Help organize and prepare content materials (photos, short clips, cover images)

3. Content Creation Assistance

Assist in shooting behind-the-scenes content, event photos, or simple short videos Collaborate with content creators or videographers to ensure complete material collection Support basic editing tasks (video trimming, subtitles, simple color adjustments) if applicable

4. Marketing Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and livestream activities Help prepare marketing materials such as posters, content briefs, and KOL briefs Support campaign tracking, performance review, and improvement suggestions

5. Market & Trend Research

Conduct research on industry trends, social media trends, and competitor content strategies Provide summaries, insights, and recommendations to optimize content direction Understand audience preferences to support content ideation

6. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Assist in organizing documents, proposals, content calendars, and campaign files Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by supervisors
