About the Departement

The Insulin department in Novo Nordisk Malaysia consists of a small, highly motivated, energetic, and focused team who is passionate about providing a better quality of life to patients.

The Position

This internship will provide the opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on, full-time work experience while working closely with experienced industry professionals. You will develop skill sets, such as an understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, content and communications development in materials and activities, project management, as well as planning and execution of high-quality campaigns and activities both internally and externally.

As a Marketing Intern in the Insulin Business Unit at Novo Nordisk Malaysia, you will provide support on office administration and marketing event coordination. You will work on key projects and prepare for Continuing Medical Education, Round Table Discussions, Insulin Workshops, and other events with the Marketing & Sales team.

Responsibilities:

• You will assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns and coordinate logistics and materials for events and activities
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and communications and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of projects
• Conduct market research and review to support marketing strategies
• Assist in the management of marketing budgets and expenses
• Perform administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

We are looking for an intern who is passionate about customer-centric marketing strategy and how it can be applied. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a university pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Good communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Can work without supervision and meet deadlines
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
