Assist Manager in event planning and execution, post-event reports and analysis.
Deliver all below-the-line activations in respective channels, including both digitally and physically.
Liaise with production houses, vendors and service providers to ensure materials were sourced accurately and on timely basis.
Assist in the planning and execution of CRM programs, including client gifting & client appreciation.
In charge of social media calendar planning and encourage sharing via respective channels.
Oversee visual merchandising calendar & communicate visibility guidelines including window animation guidelines, in-store visual placements, product display guidelines and other where applicable.
Process of invoices and management of budget excel files. Monitor ongoing campaign expenses against the budget, keep accurate records and highlight variances wherever and whenever it occurs.
Manage the production of POSM, collaterals & GWP.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in suitable discipline - preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations.
Proficient in spoken and written of English, Chinese and Malay.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful, detailed-oriented, responsible, team player and outgoing personality with strong desire to excel in achieving goals.
Minimum commitment of 3 months, ideally 6 months.
