Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing assets.
Social Media Management:
  • Assist in managing and updating the company\'s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Schedule and publish posts to ensure a consistent online presence.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Assist in tracking key social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Social Media Campaigns:
  • Support the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns and assist in making adjustments as needed.
Research and Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.
  • Conduct research on competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
User-Generated Content:
  • Encourage and curate user-generated content by reposting customer reviews, photos, and testimonials.
  • Seek out user-generated content that aligns with the brand\'s messaging.
Influencer Collaboration:
  • Assist in identifying potential influencers or brand advocates for collaboration.
  • Support influencer outreach and partnerships.
Content Calendar:
  • Help maintain a content calendar to plan and organize social media posts and campaigns.
Community Management:
  • Foster a positive online community by moderating comments and ensuring a respectful and welcoming atmosphere.
Feedback Gathering:
  • Collect feedback from social media channels to inform marketing strategies and product/service improvements.
Reporting to Supervisor:
  • Regularly update and report progress to the social media manager or supervisor.
Adherence to Brand Guidelines:
  • Ensure that all social media content adheres to the brand\'s guidelines and maintains a consistent brand image.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments such as content marketing, design, and customer support to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in using and managing various social media platforms is often crucial for marketing roles. Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance is also a plus.
  • Content Creation: Being able to create engaging and visually appealing content, such as graphics, videos, and written content, is valuable.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends is often part of marketing intern roles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for marketing interns, as they often need to create and present marketing materials.
  • Time Management: Being able to manage multiple tasks
  • Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other team members, as well as cross-functional teams, is important for success in a marketing role.
  • Creativity: Creativity is often required to come up with innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite: Proficiency in using common office software for tasks like creating presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.

  • Will preferred if the interns background is from mass comm, marketing or design
  • Experience using CapCut & GSuite will be good to hav
