Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Support

Responsible in planning, executing, and monitoring online and offline marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotions, seasonal product launches, and special events.

2. Content Creation

Support the creation of content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and the company website. Assist in product photography and editing images or promotional materials.

3. Market Research

Research market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

4. Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content on social media platforms. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and monitor brand mentions.

5. Data Analysis

Use analytics tools to track and evaluate marketing campaign performance. Prepare key metric reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

6. Event Coordination

Assist in organizing promotional events or influencer collaborations. Handle logistics to ensure smooth execution of events.

7. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the design, sales, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and coordination across departments.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Passionate about the retail fashion industry and interested in marketing trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google) and analytics tools. Creative thinker, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while being a strong team player.
