Company Description URBANMETRY is a property data company that uses artificial intelligence and proprietary algorithms to harvest, clean, and analyze large amounts of city data. We offer this data to public and private sectors to improve city planning, create a more efficient and transparent property market, and shape a sustainable urban environment. Our office is located in Petaling Jaya. Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with marketing which include conducting market research, creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, and assisting with events. Content Creation Assist in developing engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and website updates. Social Media Management Support the planning and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Market Research Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies. Event Coordination Support the planning and execution of on-ground events. Analytics and Reporting Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Graphic Design Basic design tasks, including creating visuals for social media, presentations, and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Ability to work with the team and implement marketing strategies and events Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not necessary
