1. CRM Services & Solutions Exploration
Contribute to the development and enhancement of CRM services and solutions, including:
Community management
Loyalty programs and platforms
Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
Gain exposure to the full CRM ecosystem across various media channels, including service design, solution architecture, and performance analysis.
Recommend effective CRM strategies tailored to business needs and customer engagement goals.
2. CRM Project Management & Execution
Assist in managing CRM-related projects from planning to execution.
Participate in the preparation of pre-audit reports and proposal research.
Support the creation and pitching of project proposals.
Develop hands-on experience in managing CRM initiatives such as contests, loyalty programs, and membership schemes.
Collaborate with the Community Management team to drive engagement, activation, lead generation, and brand presence.
Compile social media analytics reports focused on competitor tracking, product sentiment, and brand listening.
Contribute to customer service operations through message responses, inbound/outbound calls, and chatbot support and training.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies, or a related field.
Passionate about marketing and customer engagement.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Friendly, detail-oriented, well-organized, and professional demeanor.
Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
