Be part of shaping the future of CRM by supporting the development and optimization of end-to-end CRM services, including:
Community engagement and management
Loyalty program design and platform integration
Customer Data Platforms (CDP) strategy
Gain hands-on exposure to the complete CRM ecosystem--from service design and solution architecture to cross-channel performance analysis. You will also play a key role in recommending impactful CRM strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer loyalty.
2. CRM Project Implementation & Leadership
Take an active role in driving CRM projects from ideation to execution. Responsibilities include:
Assisting in planning, research, and preparation of pre-audit and proposal reports
Contributing to proposal development and pitching sessions
Managing CRM initiatives such as loyalty campaigns, membership programs, and customer activation activities
Work collaboratively with the Community Management team to boost engagement, generate leads, and strengthen brand visibility. Additionally, you will:
Analyze social media insights for competitor benchmarking, sentiment tracking, and brand listening
Support customer service operations through messaging, inbound/outbound calls, and chatbot training initiatives
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies, or related disciplines
Passionate about marketing, digital engagement, and customer relationships
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Friendly, detail-oriented, proactive, and professional attitude
Willingness to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor
