• \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing and organizing roadshows, trainings or workshops events such as liaising with sales on the requirement, preparing brochures and door gifts, invitation to customers, photography and arrangement during the events to ensure smooth and successful events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Entering leads into database. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in taking care of marketing inventory and prepare stock list including sourcing of promotional gift \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in maintaining the event calendar \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and improve housekeeping of brochures \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in designing and liaising with designer and printer on marketing materials for events, advertisement, promotions & sales kit that matches our corporate identity \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in market research and marketing campaign \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in day to day general office administration

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate currently pursuing Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Mature, organized, ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer savvy with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Graphic such as Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and details \xe2\x80\xa2 Has a sense of artistic/ aesthetic \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi task and work under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in written & spoken English \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Interpersonal, Communication & Leadership skills, good team player.
