Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in content planning, scriptwriting, filming, and video editing. ?Transform ideas into engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, FB, YouTube Shorts, XiaoHongShu). Capture daily content such as lifestyle snippets, project highlights, client testimonials and industry updates. Edit videos with subtitles, effects, music, and transitions. Write and optimize captions, titles, and descriptions to increase engagement. ?Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms. Monitor trends, viral formats, and competitor content to suggest new ideas. Track and prepare simple content performance reports (views, likes, comments, shares).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

University students or fresh graduate (Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting preferred). Familiar with short-form video platforms and trends (TikTok/ IG/ Youtube Shorts/XiaoHongShu). Proficient in video editing software (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut). Basic filming skills (mobile or camera). Creative, proactive, and able to execute ideas quickly. Interest in marketing and branding, willing to learn and grow.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
