Company DescriptionWe are Malayan Flour Mills Berhad, an established billions ringgit public listed food manufacturing company. We aspire to be a leading food manufacturing enterprise in the region and have also diversified its business from flour milling to the sale of raw materials and integrated poultry business. Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. With over 50 years of experience and workforce of over 2600 in Malaysia and Vietnam, as part of our expansion plans we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.

• Work with brand principals and internal sales team to manage and implement key trade promotions, new products development launching plan, premiums / free gifts programme and POSM initiatives.
• Plan and implement innovative and effective trade support activities and tools (including sampling, roadshow, product catalog, MSS & display guideline) to support business goals.
• Work closely with the sales team and assist them in strengthening and expanding distribution and coverage in each channel.
• Timely and effectively coordinate with merchandising team to ensure activities are executed as planned.
• Prepare sales report, compile and analyze market intelligence on assigned accounts.
• Escalate customers\' feedback to relevant department by ensuring prompt and effective response.
• Monitor feedback/inquiry in social media and general email so as to provide high professional & prompt response.
• Assist and participate in exhibitions/ events to promote Company/Brand awareness.
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• No work experience required.
• Internship position(s) available.
• Preffer start working ASAP.
