Job Description

The Post-Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing ongoing assistance and customer care after the sale is completed. This role ensures smooth onboarding, timely issue resolution, and continuous customer satisfaction. The executive works closely with the support, product, and sales teams to ensure customers fully adopt and benefit from the company's solutions.

Key Responsibilities



1. Customer Onboarding & Implementation



Guide customers through onboarding steps, product setup, and account configuration. Conduct training sessions or walkthroughs to help customers understand system functions. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely implementation.

2. Technical & Product Support



Provide first-level troubleshooting and respond to customer inquiries. Log issues in ticketing/helpdesk systems and ensure timely resolution. Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering or product team. Follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved.

3. Customer Relationship Management



Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and product adoption. Build strong relationships with key users and stakeholders. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and pass them to the sales team.

4. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on support activities and customer status. Update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides when needed.

5. Internal Collaboration



Work closely with product, technical, and sales teams for issue resolution and improvements. Provide customer insights and feedback to help improve features and service quality. Participate in internal meetings to stay aligned with product updates and enhancements.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
