Source, identify, and secure suitable tenants to achieve the mall's occupancy and rental income targets.
Handle tenant inquiries, conduct site viewings, prepare proposals, and negotiate lease terms.
Monitor and manage lease renewals, expiries, and vacancies to maintain healthy occupancy rates.
Assist in developing a balanced tenant mix strategy aligned with the mall's positioning and market demand.
Maintain accurate and updated tenancy schedules, leasing reports, and rentroll.
Coordination & Administration
Work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding, fit-out, and compliance with mall standards.
Handle tenant feedback, complaints, or requests professionally and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
Prepare reports for management on leasing progress, marketing results, and occupancy performance.
Support Tenant Marketing Campaign With Internal Marketing Team
What Are We Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property leasing or a related field
Mandarin proficiency
is a plus -- helps in liaising with a wider range of tenants
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
