We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager, Affiliates to lead Coda\'s Affiliate program globally. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our Affiliates program, engaging and recruiting more partners, while continuously optimizing the program processes to improve their performance. The Affiliates team is part of Coda\'s Consumer Marketing function that develops and executes comprehensive plans to attract and acquire new customers for our organization, delivering a growing and reliable source of demand for publishers. You will supervise our in-house and agency-dedicated team and work closely with product, data, and design teams to enable world-class experimentation, conversion tracking, commission management, and creative capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully implementing Affiliate programs and customer acquisition strategies, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates through various channels including social networks, affiliate marketplaces, online advertising, conferences, and others.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates.
  • Monitor and analyze the program performance, and recommend ways to improve it.
  • Lead and manage the affiliate marketing team, expanding the program in the 65+ countries where Codashop operates.
  • Present reports with relevant metrics such as the number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rate, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc.
  • Think out of the box to grow Codashop affiliate program exponentially.
  • Work closely with the Digital Channels team and GTM teams to expand the affiliate program scope and features.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of the affiliate space.
  • A deep understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills, with strong strategic and analytical capabilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Smart decision-making skills backed by excellent judgment.
  • High standards for great work and experience in building and maintaining relationships with partners.
