The company is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index (LSE:CTEC).To learn more about Convatec, please visit http://www.convatecgroup.comIntroAs Marketing Manager for Advanced Wound Care (AWC) you will be reporting to the Country General Manager and will be responsible for the direction and management of all marketing activities and initiatives as well as collaboration with the local team and Regional Marketing Manager.You will be driving the regionxe2x80x99s initiative and contribute towards achieving revenue goals and increase market share through sales, marketing and close collaboration and synergy with the local team.Key responsibilities include:Develop, execute and drive Marketing strategies and programs designed to support sales initiatives, ensuring such programs are aligned to meet the businessxe2x80x99s objectivesCoordinate, prepare and sourcing of reliable market analysis and data to build effective marketing initiativesCollaborate with local team to customize marketing programs to unique needs of the local marketEffectively used marketing function to optimize information and data related to customers and prospect interactionsDevelop and conduct product training and marketing program updates for the sales teamMaintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the companyxe2x80x99s customer baseManage key customer relationships and participate on closing strategic opportunitiesMonitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to Business Manager/local leadershipManage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfactionDemonstrate strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written, including regular and timely communication between the local team and the regional management and marketing teamBuild ConvaTecxe2x80x99s brand by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees, with ongoing enforcement of ethical business practicesIn charge all digital channels to drive brand awareness and generate leadsTo be successful in this role you will have:Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 10 years sales/marketing experience in comparable industries. Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical/Consumables is preferrableAble to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levelsProven track record of success in new product/new market environment. Experienced launching of new products in SEA regions etc.Collaborate with colleagues to create results driven, team-oriented environmentBroad experience in sales, marketing and business developmentExcellent verbal, written presentation and internal personal skillsAnalytical abilities leveraging data, analytics and industry knowledge to drive acquisition growth and lifetime value metricsReview analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectivesIdentify marketing opportunities, partnerships, features, services, digital marketing, and capabilities that impact program profitability and drive changeOutroOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
