Develop and manage the Brand annual business plan, A&P budget and monthly marketing calendar for optimum utilization of funds to increase ROI, and attain necessary approvals prior to execution.
Develop strategies for new customer recruitment and CRM plans for top of mind recall.
Create and publish all marketing campaigns in line with marketing plans.
Make periodical competitor store visits to better understand the business marketing needs.
Ensure all marketing materials are approved by Brand and/or Directors.
Build effective working relations with key F&B stakeholders
Partner with 3rd party and Valiram Brand(s) to develop seasonal marketing and PR strategies.
Media Coverage
Plan and direct advertising, public relations, and promotional events and strategies for the Brand(s).
Interpret Brand(s) programs for the media and the public.
Develop social media campaigns to build online brand awareness.
Frequently act as a Brand(s) spokesperson, representing officials at media interviews and company meetings with approval from AVP Marketing and/or Head \xe2\x80\x93 F&B.
Media and Landlord Relationships
Initiate, develop, and maintain local, national, and international media relations.
Develop and maintain good relationships with mall management for tie up, mall advertising, event & real estate opportunities.
Execute Events and Promotions
Plan and implement events calendar for positive brand building through promotional activities.
Conduct media and press events for seasonal launches.
Plan & execute multiple local press days & consumer events to drive brand equity.
Coordinate ceremonies, press conferences, and other events or special projects.
CRM and VIP Customer Management
Identify and monitor VIP Customers.
Build and implement appropriate plans to manage VIP customers and increase their
visit. Brand Reporting and Analysis
Prepare monthly marketing reports for Country management analysis.
Ensure timely submission of all marketing reports including post-event reports.
Review and research marketing campaigns of competitor brands.
Track marketing performance, gather consumer insights and evaluate program
effectiveness.
Deliver post program and promotion analysis and key best practices to Management.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in Food & Beverage or a comparable retail environment
Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an added
advantage
Good interpersonal skills

Ability to handle stress, show resilience and adapt to changing market trends.
