Salary: MYR 6,000 - MYR 8,000 Per Month

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business, or related field.

Experience in fashion/bridal/retail/luxury industry an advantage.

Strong in content, brand storytelling, social media + digital marketing.

Analytical mindset with creative thinking.

Leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and align branding strategies for each label under the boutique.

Oversee content planning, storytelling, and creative execution (photo/video shoots, lookbooks, Reels/TikTok).

Manage social media calendars, growth strategies, and paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).

Identify and collaborate with bridal influencers, wedding planners, and other partners.

Develop strategies to nurture leads through WhatsApp/Email automation & CRM systems.

Plan and execute brand activations, trunk shows, and other events.

Plan annual marketing calendar, KPIs, and budget; track marketing ROI.

Oversee website updates, product uploads, UX improvements & SEO.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor consumer trends in weddings and bridal fashion.
