Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that promote the company's food and beverage products. This role involves managing brand positioning, market research, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and team leadership to drive sales growth and enhance brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

1.? ?Strategic Planning & Development

? ?Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligning with company goals.



? ?Identify target markets, analyze market trends, and set marketing objectives.



? ?Design annual marketing plans and campaigns.



2.? ?Brand Management

? ?Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and reputation.



? ?Develop branding guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all channels.



? ?Plan and oversee brand positioning activities.



3.? ?Product Marketing & Promotion

? ?Lead the launch of new food and beverage products.



? ?Design promotional campaigns including discounts, sampling, and contests.



? ?Organize and manage product tasting events and food festivals.



? ?Develop packaging and point-of-sale marketing materials.



4.? ?Market Research & Competitive Analysis

? ?Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.



? ?Gather insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.



? ?Monitor industry trends and regulatory compliance.



5.? ?Digital & Social Media Marketing

? ?Manage and grow the company's online presence (website, social media platforms).



? ?Develop content calendars and create engaging content (photos, videos, blogs).



? ?Run digital advertising campaigns (Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, XHS, and all social media platforms).



? ?Track and analyze online engagement and campaign performance.



6.? ?Advertising & Media Planning

? ?Plan and execute advertising campaigns across print, digital, radio, television, and outdoor media.



? ?Negotiate media buys and advertising budgets.



? ?Coordinate with creative agencies for ad content.



7.? ?Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs

? ?Develop customer loyalty schemes to increase repeat purchases.



? ?Manage customer feedback channels and online reviews.



? ?Organize customer engagement activities like cooking classes, tastings, and community programs.



8.? ?Public Relations & Promotions

? ?Manage media relations, press releases, and event publicity.



? ?Coordinate participation in food fairs, expos, and sponsorships.



? ?Handle crisis communication if needed.



9.? ?Partnerships & Collaborations

? ?Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, influencers, and partners.



? ?Collaborate with restaurants, cafes, hotels, and retail outlets for co-promotional activities.



10.? ?Budgeting & Cost Control

? ?Prepare marketing budgets and forecasts.



? ?Monitor expenses and ensure efficient allocation of resources.



? ?Track ROI of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.



11.? ?Team Leadership & Development

? ?Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team.



? ?Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.



? ?Collaborate with sales and product teams for aligned initiatives.



12.? ?Compliance & Quality Assurance

? ?Ensure all marketing content adheres to food industry standards and regulations.



? ?Maintain high standards for promotional materials and advertising.



13.? ?Reporting & Analytics

? ?Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance.



? ?Use analytics tools to measure digital marketing effectiveness.



? ?Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.



Minimum Qualifications:

? ?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.



? ?Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.



? ?Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.



? ?Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.



? ?Creativity and analytical thinking.
