- Planning, executing, and monitoring all brand campaigns and marketing activities in alignment with the company objectives.
- Initiating end-to-end marketing and brand plans and ensuring execution of strategies.
- Managing and coordinating the marketing team and working closely with cross-functional departments.
- Leveraging on market research, consumer trends, and competitor activity to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
- Managing marketing budgets and monitoring campaign and activity performance.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end marketing management in consumer healthcare is required.
- Team leading experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Strong time-management and organizational capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge in marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
