Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth. In this role, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will lead and mentor a team, coordinate complex marketing projects, manage our social media presence, and ensure all initiatives are backed by data and strict KPI adherence.

The ideal candidate is a "player-coach"--someone capable of managing people and workflows while remaining hands-on with social media strategy and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities



1. People Management & Leadership

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of [Number] marketers (e.g., content creators, designers, specialists). Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews. Resource Allocation: Identify skill gaps, manage hiring processes, and assign tasks based on individual strengths and capacity. Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, creative, and accountability-driven team culture.
2. Task Coordination & Operations

Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end marketing workflow, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between marketing and other departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure unified messaging and alignment. Process Optimization: Standardize SOPs for campaign launches, content approval, and asset management to reduce bottlenecks.
3. KPI & Performance Management

Data-Driven Strategy: Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROI, Conversion Rates, Engagement Rate, MQLs). Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for leadership, providing actionable insights and optimization strategies based on the data. Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across channels to maximize ROI.
4. Social Media & Brand Strategy

Channel Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) to increase brand awareness. Content Oversight: Oversee the content calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high-quality visual/written output. Community Engagement: Monitor social trends and audience sentiment to keep the brand relevant and responsive.

Qualifications & Requirements



Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field. Skills: Proven experience managing teams and resolving conflicts. Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer). Solid understanding of Google Analytics, CRM software and ad platforms. Attributes: Highly organized, analytical thinker, excellent communicator, and adaptable to changing business needs.

Pay: RM2,514.33 - RM9,238.58 per month
