Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive

marketing strategies and plans

to achieve company objectives and drive business growth. Plan, lead, and execute

marketing campaigns from A to Z

, including concept creation, budgeting, execution, and performance evaluation. Manage and maintain the company's

social media presence and overall brand image

, ensuring strong and consistent online visibility. Oversee

content strategy

, including campaign messaging, social media content, and marketing materials aligned with brand voice. Identify and engage

Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and live hosts

to enhance brand awareness and reach target audiences effectively. Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to identify new opportunities, trends, and insights for business growth. Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, design, and operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Monitor, measure, and report on

marketing performance metrics

using analytics tools, and propose actionable improvements. Manage

marketing budgets

efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI on all marketing activities. Provide

strategic direction and leadership

to the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence. Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices to keep the brand competitive.

Job Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, with proven success in

strategic planning and campaign management

. Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with

analytics tools

(e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Excellent

strategic thinking, leadership, and project management

skills. Strong creative and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commercially driven and passionate about building impactful brands.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
