Job Description

:

Prepare quotations for local, overseas offices/agents or existing customers, supporting regarding the sales / marketing department. Negotiate competitive rates with customer. Identify and implement continuous improvements in Pricing processes and procedures. Troubleshoot issues promptly and provide effective solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sea freight. Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers. Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Marketing, and management) to meet customer needs. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively. Prepare reports if management requested.

Requirements :

Any Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 1 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficient in English; Mandarin speakers are an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and etc.
