Heading/intro:
Opportunity to join one of Johor\'s emerging property developers as a Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee ATL & BTL campaigns.
- Provide leadership to Marketing team and oversee all marketing collaterals, A&P plans, and media releases.
- Actively conduct market research and relevant feasibility studies to develop Marketing 4Ps.
- Working closely with the Sales team to ensure the achievement of Sales targets.
- Ensure the compliance of relevant advertising permits and license approvals.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Marketing within property development.
- People management experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
