Company Background
We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry, looking for Marketing Manager to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and on-ground promotions.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing initiatives and ensure ROI.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Conceptualize and execute promotional events and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Generate innovative ideas that meet company objectives and ensure timely delivery of impactful outcomes.
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and creativity.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, email, etc.).
- Able to analyze market trends and manage budgets.
- Team player with good problem-solving skills.
