Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Communicate the presence and unique selling propositions of each individual product brands to drive sales

\xc2\xb7 Develop and Execute Annual Marcom Plan

\xc2\xb7 Develop and control Marketing Budget

\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute In-store events or atrium/outdoor events, Joint Promotions and Tie-Ups with relevant Business Partners to drive traffic into our stores and to increase sales and brand awareness

\xc2\xb7 Actively embark on all forms of Marketing, PR, and Joint promotion strategies and activities for our retail concept shops and distributor brands

\xc2\xb7 Closely monitor the effectiveness of each activity and provide recommendations for change or improvements

\xc2\xb7 PR and editorial write ups to press and magazines

\xc2\xb7 Direct Marketing and EDM

\xc2\xb7 Oversees Advertising to generate sales and maintain good working relationships with brand principals to minimize out of pocket expenses and tap on brand principals\' marketing initiatives

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a good relationship and work with Landlord to get best exposure for our stores and brands through their event calendar activities

\xc2\xb7 In-Store Responsibilities - window display with promotional theme

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of relevant experience, and experience in the retail sector will be added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Creative & proactive with an analytical mind

\xc2\xb7 Result oriented with multi-tasking capabilities, good interpersonal skills, and able to work well in a team based environment

\xc2\xb7 Able to work within tight timeline and on several concurrent projects

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English with an eye for details

\xc2\xb7 Excellent network with media, press, relevant business partners

\xc2\xb7 Having common and business sense

\xc2\xb7 This position to be based in Malaysia (KL or PJ)
