Job Description

1. Beauty & Customer Service Responsibilities

Provide professional facial, skincare, and beauty treatments according to company standards. Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable products or treatments to clients. Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant salon experience. Handle client follow-ups, feedback, and retention programs. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a professional salon environment at all times.

2. Marketing & Branding Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote salon services, beauty academy courses, and products. Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and followers. Create and schedule promotional posts, videos, and advertisements. Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients. Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly marketing reports.

3. Sales & Promotion

Promote treatment packages and skincare products to meet monthly sales targets. Assist in organizing beauty workshops, roadshows, and customer events. Build strong client relationships and manage loyalty programs.

4. Team & Training

Work closely with the management team to align marketing goals with business objectives. Train and guide beauty staff on customer communication and product knowledge. Support recruitment and training of new beauticians or trainees when required.
