Job Description

- Candidate must possess at least a STPM Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- Responsible for inspecting and daily maintenance management of chain stores within a designated area.
- Capable of proposing optimization suggestions to the company based on the actual situations of stores and markets within the region.
- Conduct preliminary site evaluation for potential franchisee\'s store locations (foot traffic, consumer demographics, average spending, etc.).
- Aid stores in improving performance, oversee operational management, and address customer complaints.
- Develop a management plan for chain stores in accordance with company requirements.
