• Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in marketing management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Mandarin speaker and experience in F&B or retail is an advantage

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, advertising, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials, content, and advertisements in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs, and analytics).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and external vendors.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
