Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, and others.
Create and execute a cohesive social media strategy to boost engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
Branding Strategy & Management
Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with company values and long-term business goals.
Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity across all channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications, campaigns, and marketing assets.
Campaigns, Promotions & Public Relations
Plan and execute public relations strategies and promotional campaigns for key events such as product launches, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, vendors, and agencies to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Ensure all marketing communications reinforce brand positioning and corporate values.
Budget & Resource Management
Develop, manage, and track marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Allocate budgets effectively across branding, digital marketing, promotions, and content creation to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or advertising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and paid advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEM, SEO, display ads, influencer marketing, etc.
Solid experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
