Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience (retail/entertainment is an advantage).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media, and analytics.
Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Tanggungjawab 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Manage and monitor marketing budgets.
2. Branding & Promotion
Ensure strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Lead the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and in-store branding.
Support product launches and special events with marketing initiatives.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage social media platforms, website content, online ads, and SEO/SEM.
Plan content calendars, creative direction, and engagement strategies.
Analyze digital performance and optimize campaigns.
4. Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns for promotions and festive seasons.
Work closely with creative, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth rollout.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
5. Customer Engagement & CRM
Develop customer retention and loyalty strategies.
Manage customer feedback channels, reviews, and engagement programs.
6. Market Research & Insights
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and needs.
Provide recommendations based on data and insights.
7. Team Collaboration
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors (designers, media, agencies).
Guide and supervise marketing team members if applicable.
8. Reporting
Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign reports.
Present marketing performance and improvement plans to management.
