• Guarantee that the A&P department achieves its annual goals, which are determined by management and the budget.

• Finding and acquiring fresh leads for the mall development, marketing, and events industrys three primary pillars.

• Maintaining client relations and tenant relations for promotions and events.

• Monitoring and controlling the A&P and Customer Service departments overall performance.

• Creating new items (in advertising and events) to boost sales.

• Using tactics to seize opportunities across the departments breadth.

• Coordinating negotiations for contract renewals

• Create, manage, and improve the malls social media presence overall.

• Keep an eye on the state of the market, supplier prices, and competition activity.

• Regularly aligning stakeholders with goals and strategy.

• Examine and enhance current procedures and campaign outcomes.

• Keep positive connections with the media, governmental organizations, and organizations of professionals.

• Use internal and external partners, agencies, and suppliers to carry out marketing initiatives.

• At least 6 years of working experience with 3 years managerial role with degree in Marketing or Business Management, or any related field.

• Adequate knowledge of Microsoft or other software applications.

• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, including the capacity to guide, coach, and inspire others to achieve.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Deep awareness of various business procedures and strategy formulation.
