Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, and events) to achieve targeted sales and brand objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and conversion goals. Manage branding, corporate identity, and public relations to strengthen the company's market presence. Organize property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports for management review. Ensure compliance with local regulations, advertising standards, and industry guidelines in all marketing activities. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis and related duties as and when necessary, as supervisor/Company management instructed Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience. Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. At least

5-8 years of marketing experience

, preferably in the property development and/or construction industry. Proven track record of managing successful property launches and marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of real estate market trends, buyer behavior, and regulatory requirements in Malaysia. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative, resourceful, and results-driven. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
