Position Title: Marketing Manager
Work Location: Krubong, Melaka
Working Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Salary: Up to RM10,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support project launching and overall brand visibility.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Lead the marketing team and work closely with sales and project development teams.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective ROI for marketing events.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build relationships with media, agencies, and property portals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, brochures, online listings, and social media.
- ??Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development sector
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
