Job Details
1. Education & Experience
At least 2-5 years of retail experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience in home & living / furniture / lifestyle retail is an added advantage.
2. Skills & Competencies
Leadership & People Management - ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams.
Sales & Customer Service Orientation - strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Merchandising Knowledge - understanding of visual merchandising, store layout, and stock presentation to maximize sales.
Inventory & Stock Control - monitoring stock levels, handling ordering, shrinkage, and stocktaking.
Operational Management - overseeing daily store operations, including cash handling, scheduling, SOP compliance, and safety standards.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - ability to handle customer complaints, staff issues, and operational challenges effectively.
