Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage marketing plans and strategies for the group's shipyard and ship repair activities. Analyze market trends and forecasts to identify new ventures and business opportunities. Conduct continuous market and technology research to support business planning and development. Involve in sales and marketing efforts for new shipbuilding, ship repair, docking, and slipway contracts. Research and benchmark company rates to maintain competitiveness within the industry. Maintain close relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business. Proactively identify and pursue new clients and market segments to expand the company's client base. Develop marketing strategies and initiatives to strengthen brand presence and attract new clientele. Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by Senior Management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in shipyard, ship repair, or slipway marketing. Strong understanding of the maritime industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Independent, driven, and results-oriented.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
