Job Details

Position: Marketing Manager
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500
Location: 23, Jalan Perniagaan Bakri 2, Kampung Parit Keroma, 84000 Muar, Johor
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our client, Muiz Chicken, a fast-growing F&B brand in Muar, Johor.
This role requires a creative yet analytical thinker who can develop effective marketing strategies, lead campaigns, and drive business growth both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

1) Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen Muiz Chicken's brand presence and increase sales across all outlets and online platforms.
2) Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) including promotions, seasonal menus, product launches, and community engagement activities.
3) Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, online advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and influencer collaborations.
4) Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics such as ROI, engagement rate, and sales conversion to optimize future campaigns.
5) Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
6) Oversee brand consistency in all visual and written communications, ensuring the brand identity is maintained across all platforms.
7) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and new marketing trends.
8) Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring tasks are executed effectively and deadlines are met.
9) Handle budget planning and cost control for marketing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2) At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or F&B industry.
