About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven

Marketing Manager

to lead our hospital's marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing, branding, and promotional activities for hospital services and specialties. Manage both

digital and offline marketing campaigns

to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement. Coordinate community outreach, CSR programs, and media relations. Work closely with consultants, clinical teams, and management to support patient growth strategies. Prepare marketing materials, social media content, and reports on campaign performance. Manage vendors, agencies, and internal resources to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

4-5 years of working experience

in marketing or related roles (healthcare experience is a strong advantage). Strong communication, creative, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin

will be an added advantage. Proactive, independent, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
