Role Summary

Leads the overall marketing department, manages strategy, oversees team performance, and ensures Mechanize continues to dominate the used laptop market through strong branding, consistent content output, and effective marketing systems.

Requirements

3-5 years experience in marketing, campaign management, or team leadership. Strong strategic thinking, planning skills, and leadership experience. Solid understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and digital marketing funnels. Strong data interpretation and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and deliver results fast.

Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

Lead and manage the entire Marketing Team (creators, designers, ads specialists, supervisors). Conduct weekly meetings to review performance, issues, and upcoming priorities. Oversee task delegation, timelines, and strategy execution. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans where necessary.
2. Brand Strategy & Market Dominance

Develop and execute strategies to strengthen Mechanize's brand as the top specialist for used laptops. Ensure the brand stays relevant, modern, premium, and competitive. Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and trend research. Propose quarterly brand campaigns, partnerships, and long-term growth plans.
3. Marketing Performance & Optimization

Oversee all campaign performances, ensuring cost-efficiency and high ROI. Review data dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management. Approve ad creatives, messaging angles, and major marketing decisions. Identify weaknesses and implement strategies to improve content performance and conversion.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure marketing supports company-wide goals. Coordinate promotions, product highlights, festive campaigns, and new initiatives.
5. Brand Protection & Public Image

Manage escalations involving negative comments, reviews, or customer issues. Ensure brand messaging remains consistent, professional, and high quality at all times.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
