The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving consumer engagement and brand growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role oversees the planning and execution of online campaigns, social media management, and brand promotions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building strong digital presence, enhancing customer connections, and delivering measurable marketing results that support overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop marketing roadmaps and digital marketing strategies.
Plan and execute SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and image optimization.
Create and manage online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Oversee the company's website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Google Maps), including planning, posting, and monitoring performance.
Manage social media engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and feedback.
Utilize social media management and analytics tools effectively.
Liaise with external service providers and agencies as required.
Develop, implement, and contribute creative ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns.
Provide support for marketing events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Prepare and submit event and marketing material budgets for HOD approval.
Perform photo and video editing for marketing materials, events, and online postings.
Handle any other ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience or strong interest in marketing and digital marketing activities.
Familiar with website analytics tools and data interpretation.
Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and execute effective cross-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and data using spreadsheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creative flair and strong attention to detail.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
