Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of local marketing, brand PR, or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) related work experience.
Familiar with Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc. Have a certain understanding of social media and influencer marketing. Experience in operating TikTok is preferred.
Having a certain level of third-party collaboration resources, such as public relations and influencer resources, is preferred

Responsibilities
Responsible for comprehensive brand strategy planning and brand system construction based on industry characteristics and company strategy.
Flexibly utilize various channels and tools to search, screen, and develop high-quality local influencer resources according to product and brand needs.
Design and plan influencer collaboration programs, facilitate communication, coordination, and negotiation with influencers, and drive project implementation.
Evaluate and analyze the quality of influencer collaborations based on project data, establish and improve processes and mechanisms for influencer management.
Establish long-term and stable channels for communication and collaboration with influencers, and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships with high-quality influencers.
